Product Licensing and Usage
All our WordPress plugins and WooCommerce extensions are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL).
Free versions downloaded from WordPress.org are subject to the limitations of that specific tier (e.g., a limit of 50 AI generations per day for ImageCraft). Purchasing a Pro license grants you access to unlimited features, priority software updates, and developer support for the duration of your active license term. One license strictly covers the number of sites specified in your purchase plan. Unauthorized distribution or reselling of premium license keys will result in immediate termination of support and update access.

Intellectual Property and Trademarks
While our WordPress plugins are distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL), all original content on Softminal.com—including our branding, logos, website design, text, and proprietary graphics—is the exclusive property of Softminal and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of our website's visual design or written copy without express written permission.
Softminal is an independent software development studio. 'WordPress' and 'WooCommerce' are registered trademarks of Automattic Inc. Softminal is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Automattic Inc., OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google.

Third-Party API Usage and Costs
Our flagship plugin, ImageCraft, operates on a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model for extended or bulk AI operations. You are entirely responsible for creating, funding, and securing your independent accounts with external AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini).
Softminal provides the software interface to connect these services natively but has absolutely no control over third-party API usage, token consumption, pricing changes, or billing policies. Softminal is not liable for any financial costs, overages, or API charges incurred on your external accounts through the use of our plugins.

Fair Use and Server Performance
While ImageCraft Pro licenses offer unlimited generation capabilities within the software interface, execution speeds and bulk processing capacities are strictly limited by your local hosting infrastructure, server execution timeouts, and the rate limits imposed by your chosen third-party AI providers. Softminal is not responsible for server crashes, database corruption, or API account suspensions resulting from excessive, automated, or abusive bulk processing behaviors triggered by the user.

Free Tier Limitations and Availability
Softminal provides a complimentary allocation of 50 daily AI optimizations out of the box for free versions of our plugins. This free tier is provided as-is and depends on our independent server allocation. Softminal reserves the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue this complimentary daily allotment, or introduce anti-abuse verification methods, at any time without prior notice to protect our infrastructure from exploitation.

Product Delivery and Refund Policy
Your digital products are delivered immediately after payment confirmation via a downloadable ZIP file and a unique license key sent to your email.
We stand behind the quality of our code. If you experience a verified technical issue with our plugins that our support team cannot resolve within 14 days of your initial purchase, we will issue a full refund. Refunds are not granted for changes of mind or issues caused by heavily customized third-party server environments.

Warranty and Limitation of Liability
Our plugins are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.
While we thoroughly test our software against standard WordPress core distributions and major server environments, we do not guarantee that our plugins will function flawlessly with every third-party theme, page builder, or plugin combination. Softminal shall not be liable for any damages, including lost profits, site downtime, or data loss resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

Support Policy
We provide support for our plugins strictly through our official ticketing system and designated email channels.
Pro license holders receive priority support. Our support covers assistance with plugin installation, configuration, and bug fixes related directly to our code. We do not provide general WordPress troubleshooting, custom theme development, or CSS modifications as part of our standard support.

Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sylhet, Bangladesh.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our software or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised 'Last Updated' date. Your continued use of our website or plugins after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
