How it works
What do I earn?
A percentage of the first purchase of every new customer you refer, calculated on the amount they pay after discounts and before tax. Your exact rate is shown in your affiliate dashboard.
How long does a click count?
60 days. If someone clicks your link and buys within 60 days, the sale is yours. A click counts for one purchase. The last affiliate link clicked wins, and a personal coupon code always counts for its owner.
When can I withdraw a commission?
Customers have a 14-day refund window, so a commission stays 'in clearance' for 14 days. After that it joins your available balance. If the order is refunded, the commission is cancelled.
How do withdrawals work?
Once your available balance reaches $50 you can request any amount from your dashboard. We pay requests by hand to your PayPal or Wise account and email you the payment reference.
Are renewals or existing customers included?
No. The programme rewards bringing new customers to Softminal: commissions are paid on a new customer's first purchase. Your own purchases never earn a commission.
What is not allowed?
Bidding on the Softminal brand name in ads, posting to coupon sites, and hiding that a link is an affiliate link. Please always disclose affiliate links to your audience.
