Affiliate Programme Terms

The Softminal affiliate programme lets you earn a commission by referring new customers to our paid WordPress plugins. These terms are an agreement between you (the "affiliate") and Softminal. By applying, you accept them. They apply in addition to our general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

You apply through the form on our website or from your customer account. Every application is reviewed by hand; we may accept or decline an application at our discretion and are not required to give a reason. You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, and keep your account and payment details up to date. One person or business may hold one affiliate account. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

After approval you receive a personal referral code and links. When a visitor follows one of your links, we store your code in a first-party cookie in their browser for 60 days. If they buy within that time, the sale is attributed to you. If a visitor clicks links from several affiliates, the most recent click counts. A click counts for one purchase: once the visitor has completed a checkout, the code is removed from their browser. We may also give you a personal coupon code. A purchase made with your coupon code is attributed to you, even if the buyer clicked another affiliate's link. Tracking depends on the visitor's browser accepting cookies. We cannot attribute sales where the cookie was blocked or deleted, where the buyer used another device or browser, or where your link was altered. Our records are the basis for all commissions.

You earn a commission on the first paid order of a new customer you referred. The commission is a percentage of the net order amount — the price actually paid after any discount, excluding taxes. Your rate is shown in your affiliate dashboard; the rate that applied on the day of the sale stays fixed for that commission, even if rates change later. No commission is earned on: subscription renewals and plan changes; purchases by someone who has bought from Softminal before; your own purchases, or purchases made with your own email address or account (self-referrals); orders that are free or fully discounted; and free plugins.

Every new commission is first "in clearance" for 14 days, which matches the refund window we give our customers. If the order is refunded during that time — in full or in part — the commission is cancelled. After 14 days without a refund, the commission is added to your available balance. If an order is refunded, disputed or charged back after its commission has cleared, we deduct the same amount from your balance. This can make your balance negative; later commissions are then offset against it. We may also cancel or reverse a commission that was earned in breach of these terms or through fraud.

Once your available balance reaches USD 50 you can request a withdrawal of any amount from USD 50 up to your available balance. You may have one open request at a time. We pay requests manually by PayPal or Wise to the payment email saved in your account when you made the request, normally within a few business days, and email you the payment reference. Commissions are calculated and paid in US dollars. Transfer or currency-conversion fees charged by PayPal, Wise or your bank are yours to bear. If a payment cannot be delivered because your payment details are wrong, we will reject the request and the amount returns to your balance. You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes due on your commissions in your country. We may ask for tax or identity information where the law requires it before we can pay you.

You may promote Softminal on websites, blogs, videos, newsletters and social channels that you own or control, with honest reviews and accurate descriptions of our products. You must clearly disclose that your links are affiliate links and that you may earn a commission, as required by advertising and consumer-protection rules where you and your audience are (for example the FTC endorsement guidelines in the United States). You must not: bid on "Softminal", our product names or misspellings of them in paid search or other ads, or run ads that send traffic directly to our website through your link; publish your links or coupon codes on coupon, deal or cashback sites; use spam, unsolicited messages, pop-unders, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframes, bots or any other method that sets our cookie without a genuine click; make false or misleading claims about our products, prices or discounts; present yourself as Softminal or as our employee or official partner; or promote on sites with illegal, hateful, adult or deceptive content.

While you are an approved affiliate, you may use the Softminal name, logo and product screenshots solely to promote our products, without altering them and without suggesting endorsement beyond the affiliate relationship. You may not register domain names, social handles or business names containing "Softminal" or our product names. This permission ends when your participation ends.

You may leave the programme at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or end your participation at any time, with immediate effect if you breach these terms or we reasonably suspect fraud. While an account is suspended, new sales earn no commission and withdrawals are paused. If your participation ends without a breach on your part, commissions that have already cleared remain payable once they reach the minimum withdrawal amount. Commissions obtained through a breach of these terms are forfeited.

We may change commission rates, the clearance period, the minimum withdrawal, these terms, or close the programme. Changes apply to sales made after the change; commissions you have already earned keep the rate they were earned at. We will post the updated terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date, and continuing to promote Softminal after a change means you accept it.

You are an independent promoter, not our employee, agent or partner, and you may not make commitments on our behalf. The programme and its tracking are provided "as is"; we do not guarantee uninterrupted tracking or any level of earnings. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you in connection with the programme is limited to the commissions that have cleared and remain unpaid.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sylhet, Bangladesh.
